Helen Dewar is the Principal of Helen Dewar & Associates a company which specializes in experiential design and delivery of learning. Helen has been a group facilitator and transition strategist working in both the public and private sectors, helping professionals navigate various career transitions, in Canada, the USA and UK, for over 25 years.

As a Certified Retirement Coach™ a portion of Helen’s practice is dedicated to steering people toward meaningful and successful opportunities in the critical aspects of non-financial retirement planning.

Wayne Cousins

BA, CRC

Wayne Cousins has spent more than 35 years specializing in public consultation, youth and adult education, public and media relations, account management, customer experience and design thinking.

Wayne has extensive experience in facilitation and workforce training. He’s also planned, developed and implemented numerous education and marketing programs for both the public and private sectors.

He’s happiest when he’s collaborating with others to make positive change happen. As a newly Certified Retirement Coach, Wayne is merging his passions for working with aging seniors and helping those approaching retirement develop personal roadmaps for the next phase of their lives.
